A different approach to life
No-mind Space & MCL
What is No-mind Space?
It’s the part of you where your mind is inactive. There are no thoughts, no dialogues, no beliefs, just complete nothingness. It’s the truth of you, the source of your intuition, and your knowing. It’s a part of you that is always there but the external and internal noise make it challenging to tap into.
Think of the sun. Fog, rain, or snow, the sun is always there behind the clouds but we just can’t see it. Same with the No-mind Space, it’s there, it’s the true essence of you, but things get in the way that you don’t notice it.
What is MCL (Mindful Compassionate Lifestyle)?
Being mindful is when each action, word, and thought are conscious and taking responsibility for what we are thinking, saying, and doing.
Compassion is the ability to feel concern when we encounter pain and suffering, our own as well as that of others. It is accompanied by the wish to alleviate this pain and suffering, and the willingness to take responsibility for how we relate to it.
Mindful compassionate lifestyle is about exploring how we create suffering. Not only in our own minds but also in the social systems we are part of and how we can take actions to alleviate or prevent it.
Everything is interconnected.
We can start to mindfully make daily choices that are more compassionate towards not only ourselves but for others, all living forms, and the planet.
How Do I Start?
The first step is to start practicing becoming consciously aware. It’s the practice of noticing your actions, thoughts, and feelings without being lost and identified in them. Through this you will see that you are the observer of your thoughts and you are not your thoughts. When you can start to identify and disassociate yourself from the mind activities is when you start to notice change.
