Who is this not for?
Many of us unknowingly bury parts of ourselves and blinded by the ego beliefs and narratives. When you challenge these, the ego will resist, pushing you out of your comfort zone and prompting you to question things you’ve never questioned before. True transformation requires consistent effort and dedication. You must genuinely desire change and be willing to put in the work—not just wish for it. If you’re not ready to stay committed, this may not be the right path for you at this time.
How long does it take to see the benefits?
It depends on how consistent you are, your effort, your level of awareness, openness, and your ability to recognize and let go of the ego controlling you. For many, with practice, you should start to notice immediate small shifts. The positive results can fluctuate, if your practice fluctuates. Big life shifts can be seen immediately, or if the ego has a strong grip, it can take months or years.
I’m a high profile entrepreneur. There are times I’m unable to share details of the source of my issues due things such as confidentiality agreements. Would I still benefit working with you?
Sharing specific details are not required. Since the ego behaves in the same way for everyone, we can focus on your experiences and feelings and work from there. Regardless of the issue, by simply incorporating inner work practices there will be great benefits. What’s more important is being consistent with the inner work practices.
I’m not a business owner, entrepreneur, or CEO. Can I still work with you?
Absolutely!
