Love or Fear. Which Do You Choose?
There are only two core emotions: LOVE or FEAR
Love based emotions feel expansive, light, and open.
Some examples:
Happy
Contentment
Peace
Joy
Hope
Gratitude
Compassion
Fear based emotions feel tight, heavy, and constricted.
Some examples:
Anger
Hate
Anxiety
Guilt
Shame
Jealousy
Insecurity
We can not feel love and fear at the same time.
Through conscious awareness we can start to notice which state we are in.
Then we have the ability to choose to be in love or fear.
It becomes a conscious decision with intention.
Start practicing to notice the physical sensations in your body to identify if you are in the space of love (expansive) or fear (constricting).
If fear, then don’t try to push it away but allow yourself to sit with it and feel it.
Explore that sensation.
You may surprise yourself what comes out of this experience.
Then approach it with compassion and love.
With practice you will be able to turn the fear based experiences into love based experiences.
This will naturally start to bring more joy, love, and peace into your life.
