It’s easy to feel good when life is good but difficult when things are bad.

Can we feel better when things are bad? Absolutely.

It’s consistently practicing to seek the good in every situation, no matter how bad it may seem, and feeling grateful.

As much as there are better situations than what we are currently experiencing remember that there are equally worse situations. There will always be better and worse in any situation.

Teach yourself to continually seek the good and tap into gratitude.

Have faith and know that life will always work out in your favor.

The biggest key is consistency.

Make it a DAILY habit.

I promise overtime it will become easier to see the good even when things are bad and your life experience will significantly improve.♡
